Synopsis

You are invited to take a trip through a mind slowly spiraling out of control... 4.48 Psychosis is a shocking, yet inventive glimpse into the mind of a mentally ill woman. A beautifully crafted, detailed work of the imagination. The author's courageous examination of her own illness and despair makes this an important piece in the literature of psychosis and a fascinating watch for theatre goers. Spiked with gallows humor, Sarah Kane's final play is a brutal and poetic exploration of a mind preparing to shut itself down.
